Team Management App

Recently, I completed a UX/UI project as a freelancer to create a team management app for a car rental company. The client's needs focused on two points: first, to abandon the rigid style of traditional office software and present a lively visual effect to dispel the dull "office atmosphere"; second, to ensure that the operation process is simple, intuitive, and rich in dynamic interaction, to enhance the user experience.

During the design process, I made bold innovations in visual presentation. I discarded the conventional dull colors and chose bright and vibrant color combinations to inject fresh vitality into the interface, such as highlighting key information with eye-catching colors and replacing rigid symbols with fun icons, which makes users feel refreshed. The operation design strives for ultimate simplicity, with core functions like vehicle scheduling and personnel scheduling designed as one-click operations, sliding switches, and instant previews, significantly reducing the number of steps. At the same time, a wealth of dynamic elements are integrated, with real-time order tracking shown as dynamic progress bars and vehicle status updates accompanied by lively animations, ensuring that team members always have precise control over business dynamics.
